Payment:
All payments made in Hong Kong Dollars either by cash, or crossed check to "Studio M Limited", direct deposit into HSBC account. We also accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard, in-person. Additionally, we can arrange payment collection by PayPal settlement.
Delivery & Shipping Options:
Studio M uses Hong Kong SpeedPost for overseas shipping, and courier for local Hong Kong Deliveries. All shipping prices are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. All custom orders will ship approximately 15 business days after final approval of your proof. Leather, Sweets & Custom Gift items may have a longer delivery time, which we will advise. If there is any delay to your order you will be contacted promptly.
Custom Returns:
Studio M does not take returns on custom design (invitations, announcements, stationery, custom gifts). Studio M takes the proof process very seriously. Your proof approval is permission to print your order and any reprints will be an additional charge to you. The designers at Studio M work on multiple orders and Studio M cannot be held responsible for details on your order once your proof is approved. This includes: general layout, color, size of the typeface, spelling, incorrect telephone numbers, addresses and text.
